Grey's Anatomy: Season 2 Photos

Tv Season Info

In the second series of this medical drama, the burgeoning romance between Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Derek (Patrick Dempsey) hits a bump in the road when Derek's estranged wife, Addison (Kate Walsh), becomes their colleague at Seattle Grace and seeks forgiveness from Derek for her adultery. Things get even messier when Mark Sloan (Eric Dane) -- Addison's ex-lover and Derek's former best friend -- resurfaces and wants Addison back. Meanwhile, Cristina (Sandra Oh) faces her own romantic troubles with Preston (Isaiah Washington) and deals with an unplanned pregnancy; and Izzie (Katherine Heigl) grows very attached to heart patient Denny Duquette (Jeffrey Dean Morgan).

There are people out there who don't like the Izzie/Denny story but I can't lie... I've gotten a bit caught up in their drama.

Pesky melodrama aside, the show does succeed in its quick wit and charming supporting cast.
